Data that you provide
Personal Data may be collected via my website, (the “Website”), hosted by WordPress. The only Personal Data I collect via the Website is your name and your email address when you choose to join my Readers Group to receive free content, including e-books, newsletters and promotional offers.
Cookies
Non-personal data may also be collected automatically through the use of cookies on the Website. This information is also anonymous and is not linked with any Personal Data. You can disable cookies in your web browser, but please note that this may adversely affect your ability to use some Website features. Use of your Personal Data
I will only use your Personal Data when the law allows. Most commonly, I use your Personal Data to:

- where you have opted-in to receive the Curtis Bausse newsletter, promotions or giveaways, to deliver communications that may be of interest to you.

I take your privacy seriously and will never sell or rent your Personal Data with anyone. I only share Personal Data with third parties who provide services or functions on my behalf and who require the information to provide those specific services. Currently these are Mailchimp, who provides email services, and Book Funnel and StoryOrigin, who deliver free e-books to readers on request. Please note that there are appropriate data privacy safeguards in place with these third parties.
Keeping your Personal Data secure
Security policies and technical measures safeguard the Personal Data collected. I use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable law, including the GDPR, to safeguard Personal Data from accidental loss, destruction or damage and unauthorised access, use and disclosure.
Retention periods for use of your Personal Data
I will use and store your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy. All Personal Data held is reviewed at regular intervals and deleted permanently or anonymised when it is no longer necessary or at your request.
Children
I do not knowingly collect any Personal Data relating to children aged under 15 years old. If you are under the age of 15, please do not provide me with any of your Personal Data, including your email address.
Access to and control over your Personal Data
